A lot of people don't know that starches and sugar will contribute to one of the reasons you stay hungry all the time.If you don't believe it try it yourself.All you have to do is eat plenty of vegetables and some meats for two days.You will see that you were less hungry and that a glass of water will hold you until the next meal.
