PLASTIC SURGERY SUCCESS STORY

Dear Friends,

Hi my name is Donna, I'm 54, I want to relate my Plastic Surgery experience for all interested.

On march 2005 I had a Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation procedure done in Brazil with Dr.C, I've heard about his clinic and his work from some friends who've been there for Plastics as well and were very happy with the results.

He did an excellent job, I couldn't be happier, Dr. C is very skilled and I will never regret going to Brazil to have Plastics.

Due to the economy differences between Brazil, North America and Europe, Plastic Surgery is very affordable for us, middle class people.

I did some price research in US and Europe before and then I realized that comming to Brazil for Plastics is less expensive, even with the added expense of a plane ticket, hotel and food, the quality of medical care is excellent.

If you need more info I'll be glad to answer all your questions about my experience.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PUBLICITY, THE INTENTION IS TO INFORM ALL INTERESTED GREAT TIPS ON PLASTIC SURGERY.

hugs,

Donna M.

better than Atkins

I am currently doing the Fat Flush Plan after falling off the Atkins wagon (I was losing weight on Atkins, but I didn't feel *well*) and the basic idea of the Fat Flush Plan is cleansing your liver as a means to weight loss. Ann Louise Gittleman is the name of the nutritionist that wrote the book and she explains how this works a lot better than I can in a short space. I like it because it is not as restrictive as Atkins - there is a 2-week "induction" phase (during which people typically do lose significant weight like Atkins), but it's not quite the same - you are required to eat 2 servings a fruit per day, for instance - and the foods that you are supposed to eat are all helping to flush toxins out of your body, so you actually feel healthy inside and out. I encourage anyone who is looking for something new to try to at least read the book to see if it is something that might work for them also. I also started a tribe for people doing this plan:

Confessions of Emotional Eaters

After looking at a bunch of talk shows on T.V. I realized that I am an emotional eater. When I am upset about something I eat a bunch of junk to comfort myself. The problem all stems from when I was young. My dad was a vietnam vet who suffered with bi-polar manic depression. He took us through some crazy stuff. One time he tried to stangle me because I answered the phone. He would keep us in the house as if he were holding us hostage and threatened us.He would have us up all through the night because he didn't want to take his medication. My mother suffered with about 5 nervous breakdowns because of all the crazy stuff. All of these experiences eventually led me to have to find comfort in something, usually food.Sometimes you don't even know that your problems push you to eventually to emotionally indulge in a half gallon of ice cream,2candy bars, chips, and everything else that has atleast 20 grams. We all have to ad mit we have a problem first, just like in AAA or any other program for addicts.Food does kill just like drugs so start fessing up to the fact that you are addicted to food."Hello,my name is Joy and I am addicted to unhealthy foods, especially when I am going through."

A lot of people don't know that starches and sugar will contribute to one of the reasons you stay hungry all the time.If you don't believe it try it yourself. All you have to do is eat plenty of vegetables and some meats for two days. You will see that you were less hungry and that a glass of water will hold you until the next meal.
